You can/should also make reservations if you intend to walk-on as well.

Salt Spring Air offers daily scheduled service between Mayne Island and Vancouver Airport and Downtown Vancouver.

Seair Seaplanes offers daily scheduled service between Mayne Island and Vancouver Airport.

Harbour Air Seaplanes offers charter service from Victoria and downtown Vancouver or Vancouver Airport.

Pat Bay Air provides charter service to and from Victoria Airport to Mayne Island as well as flightseeing tours of the Southern Gulf Islands.
